SHIPPING POLICY

Items are disptached within 2 business days.  From this date you can expect delivery within the following timescales:

​UK - FREE DELIVERY - 2 -3 working days

OPTIONAL UPGRADE

FOR A FEE AT CHECKOUT YOU CAN UPGRADE TO 24 TRACKED - THIS WILL ARRIVE 1-2 WORKING DAYS AFTER DISPATCH

OUTSIDE UK - 7-14 WORKING DAYS

USA - ALL US TARIFFS ARE PRE-PAID BY GIFTEDBOXES.CO.UK - YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED TARIFFS ON ARRIVAL

Please note Personalised items can not be returned or exchanged.  this does not affect your statutory rights
