BAG: The bag is 30cm x 40cm with a drawstring at the top (5.8" x 7.8")
PICTURE & PERSONALISATION: This is done using ink photo transfer - look at the pictures, then enter the details you require when ordering. 
DELIVERY:  All items are dispatched from the UK, all delivery dates are estimations only.
For UK customers items are sent via an economy method, unless you purchase recorded delivery at checkout.
Outside the UK: Delivery dates are estimations only, and may take several weeks to arrive. All international deliveries are sent via a tracked delivery method.
