SLIPPERS:  These are the kind of slippers you receive at a spa or hotel, made from terry towelling, designed for a one off event or as a keepsake - not for unlimited use.
PICTURE & PERSONALISATION: This is done using ink photo transfer 
SIZING: These slippers are available in childrens and adults sizes.  Childrens are based on age - and will be relevant wherever you are in the world.  For adult slippers, these are UK sizes, this is different to US sizing - please use an online tool to change your shoe size or message me before ordering.
DELIVERY:  All items are dispatched from the UK, all delivery dates are estimations only.
For UK customers items are sent via an economy method, unless you purchase recorded delivery at checkout.
Outside the UK: Delivery dates are estimations only, and may take several weeks to arrive. All international deliveries are sent via a tracked delivery method.
